Can you use Maggi® So Juicy® with other meats or vegetables?

Maggi® So Juicy® has been specially designed to create the perfect flavour for chicken. You can use the seasoning for other meats and vegetables however cooking times will vary. Always make sure that the meat is piping hot right throughout and that any meat juices run clear.

Is the bag recyclable?

No. At this stage recycling the Maggi® So Juicy® bag is not possible.

Why do you need to punch holes in the bag?

Piercing a few small holes in the bag allows a little of the steam to escape and stops the bag from over-inflating.

Isn't plastic toxic to cook in?

A.
No, the Maggi® So Juicy® bags have been made with a specially developed plastic which is non toxic and is designed for oven cooking. It is important not to exceed the stated temperatures given on the pack.

Q.
Can I use the bag for less than 4 chicken breasts or less than 8 chicken drumsticks?

A.
Yes you can. We recommend that you also reduce the amount of seasoning that you add as it’s just the right amount for 4 chicken breasts or 8 chicken drumsticks. Cook the smaller quantity for the same recommended time as given on the pack instructions and make sure that the meat is piping hot right throughout.

Yes, Maggi® So Juicy® is available in Garlic, Mixed Herbs, Paprika and Sweet & Sour. Look out for new delicious flavours soon!
